Classroom Daydream ("we") is a planning tool for teachers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address and name from Google sign-in or an email sign-in link.
- Your planner content: lesson plans, calendar items, notes, settings and anything else you type in.
- Billing: payments are handled by [Stripe]. We receive your email, subscription status and a customer ID. We never see or store your card number.
What we don’t collect
The planner is designed so you don’t need to enter student names or other student personal information. Hall passes, waitlists, the student picker and groups use seat numbers. Please don’t enter student names or other personal information about students in free-text fields.
How we use it
Only to run the planner, sync it across your devices, provide support and process your subscription. We don’t sell your information, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your content to build profiles.

How long we keep it
While your account is active. After you cancel, you can still sign in and download your data. We delete accounts [12 months] after cancellation, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can download a full backup anytime from the planner. To delete your account and data, email [support email]. We respond within [30] days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers, and each teacher can access only their own planner. If a breach affecting your information ever happens, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
The planner is for teachers, not students. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
